Over 32 years experience related to company start-up, research & development, design engineering, operations and global marketing & sales of high reliability, state-of-the-art electronic and electro-mechanical control, telecom, low power, aircraft avionics, security products and systems.

Was co-founder and CTO of iLOC Technologies. A high tech and award winning company located in Montreal, Canada, focused on developing and commercializing mobile Personal Emergency Response Systems (mPERS).
